We are currently only offering our products on Amazon.com, however, we plan to expand our product line this year so look for more offerings soon!

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may increase during peak periods.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped.

Do you ship Internationally?

Where are my tracking details?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
You can return your product within 30 days of your purchase date provided the product:

- In original condition
- In resaleable condition with original packaging

Who pays return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.
For approved warranty claims involving defective products, Ima Yoga Fitness® will provide a prepaid return shipping label (U.S./Canada/Mexico).

Warranty
Do your products include a warranty?
Yes, unless otherwise specified on the product page at time of purchase, the standard limited warranty period against manufacturing defects is: One (1) year from the date of purchase.
The warranty period begins on original purchase date and is valid to the original purchaser.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Product Use
Yoga Strap Sizing

Our original designs were targeted to support Mayra’s online yoga studio for pre- and post-natal women; however, we realized the greater benefits for all users from our focus on comfort and natural materials.
