1. Introduction and Definitions
Applies To: Products purchased from Authorized Sellers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
- “Company” refers to Ima Yoga Fitness® and its affiliates.
- “Product” refers to any yoga, fitness, accessory, or related item sold under the Ima Yoga Fitness® brand.
- “Original Purchaser” means the first retail buyer who purchased the Product new from an authorized source.
- “Authorized Seller” includes ImaYogaFitness.com and approved marketplaces including Amazon.com. See the official Authorized Seller Network list.

3. Limited Warranty Coverage
Helwig Labs LLC, doing business as Ima Yoga Fitness® (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), warrants to the Original Purchaser only that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential, personal, non-commercial use for the applicable warranty period.
This Limited Warranty applies only to Products:
- Purchased new from ImaYogaFitness.com or an Authorized Seller
- Purchased within the United States, Canada or Mexico
- Used within the United States, Canada or Mexico
The warranty period begins on the original purchase date and is non-transferable.
4. Warranty Period
Unless otherwise specified on the product page at time of purchase, the standard warranty period is:
One (1) year from the date of purchase.

5. Non-Transferability
This Limited Warranty is strictly non-transferable.
It applies solely to the Original Purchaser and:
- Cannot be transferred, assigned, or conveyed
- Does not apply to resale transactions
- Does not apply to gifted products without original proof of purchase
- Does not apply to second-hand purchases
- Does not apply to liquidation or unauthorized marketplace sellers
Warranty coverage may be limited for products purchased outside our Authorized Seller Network.
Proof of original purchase is required for all warranty claims.
5.1 Intellectual Property & Warranty Policy
- Definition of “New”: On eBay, an item listed as “New” must include the full manufacturer’s warranty.
- Policy: Because our warranty does not transfer to subsequent purchasers, items resold by unauthorized third parties cannot be legally listed as “New”. Listing such items as “New” constitutes a misrepresentation of the product’s condition and a violation of our trademark rights.
Ima Yoga Fitness® does not authorize the use of its copyrighted materials by unauthorized resellers. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Images: Original product photography, infographics and marketing images.
- Text: Proprietary product descriptions, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Logos: Any unauthorized use of the Ima Yoga Fitness® logo in a way that suggests an official affiliation or authorized dealership.
We regularly monitor eBay.com for listings that infringe upon our intellectual property or misrepresent the condition of our products.
- Unauthorized listings that use our copyrighted content or misrepresent “New” status (without a valid warranty) will be reported for immediate removal via a Notice of Claimed Infringement (NOCI).
- We encourage sellers to list authentic resold items as “Used” or “Pre-owned” and to use their own original photography and descriptions.

6. What This Warranty Covers
This Limited Warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Defects in workmanship
7. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage not affecting fuction (scratches, fading, minor compression, discoloration, odor dissipation)
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident
- Improper assembly or installation
- Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions
- Improper storage or environmental exposure
- Commercial, institutional, rental, or gym use
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Damage caused by improper cleaning products
- Natural disasters or acts of God
- Shipping damage (must be reported within carrier timeframes)
Products used for commercial purposes automatically void this Limited Warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.
We reserve the right to determine whether a defect qualifies under this Limited Warranty.
8. Commercial Use Exclusion
This Warranty applies only to personal, residential use.
Any Product used in:
- Studios
- Gyms
- Commercial training facilities
- Rental operations
- Institutional or corporate wellness facilities
is excluded from coverage unless expressly covered by a separate Commercial Warranty Agreement.
9. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to the Limited Warranty, Ima Yoga Fitness® offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of ordering, subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
To request a return under this guarantee:
Provide the following:
- Your order number
- Product model and description of return
- Quantity returning
- Reason for return
This Satisfaction Guarantee is separate from and in addition to the Limited Warranty coverage for defects.

- Shipping Address
- Proof of purchase
- Product model and description
- Detailed description of issue
- Clear photographs or video evidence (if applicable)
Claims must be submitted during the applicable warranty period. Claims lacking documentation may be denied.
The Company reserves the right to inspect returned Products prior to issuing repair, replacement, or refund.
11. Remedies
If a valid defect is confirmed, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Repair the Product;
- Replace the Product with the same or comparable model; or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method
Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished of equal value.
12. Shipping & Service Costs for Warranty Claims
If a warranty claim is approved:
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for customers located in the United States, Canada, or Mexico (where permitted by law).
- We will cover standard outbound shipping for replacement products.
If a product is determined not to be defective, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
The Company reserves the right to determine whether defective parts must be returned.
13. Fraud Prevention
The Company reserves the right to:
- Deny claims that show signs of fraud or abuse
- Void warranties for altered serial numbers
- Deny claims from unauthorized sellers
14. Limitation of Implied Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty.
Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helwig Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product. This limitation of liability applies to all products, services, and warranties provided by the Company.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
Except as expressly provided in this Limited Warranty Policy, nothing in this Policy increases the scope of any warranties provided under our Terms and Conditions. All limitations of liability in the Terms and Conditions apply.
16. Consumer Protection Rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary by state, province, or country.
Nothing in this Warranty limits rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising out of or relating to this Limited Warranty are subject to the dispute resolution provisions contained in our Terms and Conditions, available at: https://imayogafitness.com/terms-and-conditions/
To the extent arbitration is enforceable under applicable law, disputes shall be resolved as provided in that agreement.
18. Severability
If any provision of this Warranty is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
