This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchases made directly through the Ima Yoga Fitness® WooCommerce store, ImaYogaFitness.com

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Ima Yoga Fitness® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
Contact the carrier for damage caused from shipping. Otherwise, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, Contact-Us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
7. Return Eligibility
Customers may request returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products, provided they:
- Are unused
- In original condition
- In resaleable condition with original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
For customers using our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and comply with the conditions outlined above.

- Gift cards
- Items purchased outside of ImaYogaFitness.com
- Hygiene-sensitive items

9. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Alternatively, customers may place a new order.
10. Digital Products
Digital or downloadable products are non-refundable once access or download has been provided, except where required by law.
11. Return Shipping
Any shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns
- For approved warranty claims involving defective products, Ima Yoga Fitness® will provide a prepaid return shipping label (U.S./Canada/Mexico).

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
